Professor Ali Beba is a visionary with over 40 years of global experience across academia, the private sector, and civil society.
After graduating from Middle East Technical University (METU), he completed his PhD at the University of Tulsa in the United States and earned the title of professor at Yıldız Technical University. Beba has served as a scientific advisor within the United Nations Environment Programme, designing energy models on a global scale. He has also held executive roles at major organizations such as Procter & Gamble and was the pioneer behind launching the “10,000 Women Entrepreneurs Program” in Türkiye.
Defining his life philosophy as “Learn, Earn, and Give Back,” Beba continues today to share his global experience with the next generation of entrepreneurs under the umbrella of the Beba Innovation and Entrepreneurship Foundation in New York.

The Beba Innovation and Entrepreneurship Foundation is a non-governmental organization established in New York in 2018 by Professor Ali Beba and Ümran Beba, with the aim of promoting innovative thinking and strengthening the culture of entrepreneurship. The foundation places a particular focus on youth and women entrepreneurs.
The Beba Foundation implements education and development programs to help individuals transform their passions into concrete business ideas. In line with this mission, it organizes hands-on workshops, mentorship and coaching programs, inspirational gatherings, networking events, community-based outreach initiatives, and business idea competitions.
Through these activities—focused on areas such as technology, innovation, digital skills, and business planning—participants gain awareness and develop competencies essential for entrepreneurship. They are supported in building critical skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and creating sustainable value.

01. Trainings
The Beba Foundation offers specially designed training programs, particularly for young people and women entrepreneurs with limited access to educational opportunities. We deliver these programs in collaboration with international organizations.
02. Mentorship & Career Guidance
At the Beba Foundation, we place great importance on mentorship. We believe that mentors with expertise in entrepreneurship provide the best support to innovative young people and women entrepreneurs. In addition, we specialize in Career Guidance Mentorship for professionals in mid- and senior-level management positions, supporting them from the early stages to the later phases of their careers.
03. Networking & Competitions
We bring together students, entrepreneurs, and professionals through events, competitions, and networking programs. By building a strong community, we make it easier for new ideas and bold projects to come to life.
